Glad Tidings From The Old & New Testament

PROOFS FROM THE OLD TESTAMENT

Deuteronomy (18:18): I will raise up from them a prophet like you (Moses) from among their brothers; I will put My words in his mouth, and will tell them everything I command them.

Habakkuk III (3-4): God came from Teman and the Holy One from Mount Paran (Faran). His Glory covered the Heavens and the Earth was full of praise. His brightness was like the light, rays flashed from his hand, and there He veiled his power.

Psalms 84 (4-6): Blessed are those who dwell in your house, ever singing your praise! Blessed are the men whose strength lies in you, in whose house are the highways to Zion. As they go through the valley of Baka (Makkah).

Verily, the first House (of worship) appointed for mankind was that at Bakkah (Makkah), full of blessing, and a guidance for Al-Alamin (the mankind and Jinns)

[ Quran 3:96 ]

PROOFS FROM THE NEW TESTAMENT

The Gospel of St. Barnabas, which seemed to have been saved from Christian adulteration and alteration, contains these prophecies in clearer words, than in the Bible. In answer to his disciples, Jesus once said, let not your heart be troubled, neither be you fearful: for I have not created you, but God, our creator, who has created you, will protect you. As for me, I am now come to the world to prepare the way for the messenger of God, who shall bring salvation to the world. But beware that you be not deceived, for many false prophets shall come, who shall take my words and contaminate my Gospel.

Then said Andrew, master, give us some sign that we may know of him. Jesus answered, He will not come in your time, but some years after you when my Gospel shall be anewed, in as much as that there shall be scarcely thirty faithful. At that time God will have Mercy on the world, and so He will send His messenger. He shall come with great power against the ungodly and shall destroy idolatry upon the Earth. And it rejoices me because through him our God shall be known and glorified and I shall be known to be true; and he will execute vengeance against those who shall say that I am more than man. Verily, I say to you that the moon shall minister sleep to him in his boyhood and when he shall be grown up he shall take her in his hands (obviously referring to the miracle of the moon when it was broken into pieces by the command of Allah when Muhammad peace be upon him pointed towards it). Let the world beware of casting him out because he shall slay the idolaters he shall come with Truth more clear than that of all the prophets and shall reprove him who uses the world amiss. The towers of the city of our Father shall greet one another for joy; and so when idolatry shall be seen to fall to the ground and confess me a man like other men, verily I say to you the messenger of God shall come.

John (16:13): He will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own; He will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come.

By the star when it goes down (or vanishes); Your companion Muhammad peace be upon him has neither gone astray nor has erred; Nor does he speak of (his own) desire; It is only an inspiration that is inspired.

[ Quran 53:1-4 ]

The Jews sent priests to John the Baptist to find out who he was.

John (20-27): He confessed, I am not the Christ. And they asked him, what then? Are you Elias? And he said, I am not. Are you that prophet? And he answered, No and they asked him, and said to him why do you baptize then if you are not the Christ, nor Elias, nor that Prophet?

That Prophet is not Jesus, but Muhammad, because John the Baptist continued preaching and baptizing and foretelling the coming of the Prophet during the lifetime of Jesus. Furthermore, the description of that Prophet as more powerful than himself, given by John the Baptist fits Muhammad and not Jesus. He foretold, I baptize you with water unto repentance and forgiveness of sins. But there is one that comes after me who is stronger than I, the laces of whose shoes I am not worthy to untie; he will baptize you with the Spirit and with fire. The use of the preposition after clearly excludes Jesus from being that Prophet because Jesus and John were contemporaries and after refers to some indefinite future. And since this prophecy, no other prophet has restored the kingdom of Allah on earth with dignity and fireexcept Muhammad. This prophecy of John seems to indicate that baptism with water would continue until the messenger of Allah came and baptized people.
